Abstract

The invention discloses a method for planting iris tectorum maxims on a slope. The method comprises the steps of: clearing up a slope surface, namely paving a nutrient soil layer and a gravelly soil layer sequentially on the sloping surface from bottom to top; pouring ecologic concrete and covering the ecologic concrete with a plastic film for maintenance, wherein the ecologic concrete is obtained by mixing broken stones, cement, silicon dioxide micro powder or fly ash, a water reducer and water according to a certain ratio, and stirring the materials uniformly; planting iris tectorum maxims, namely fixing rootstocks of the iris tectorum maxims on the ecologic concrete by using wire meshes and performing maintenance, wherein the rootstocks of the iris tectorum maxims are pretreated before planting: soaking a mixture of orange peel and a traditional Chinese medicine namely viola philippica in ethanol and performing extraction to obtain a filtrate, and soaking root tips of the rootstocks of the iris tectorum maxims in the filtrate; and performing watering maintenance after planting. The method disclosed by the invention enriches the varieties diversity of plants cultivated on the ecologic concrete, and the rootstocks of the iris tectorum maxims are strong in tillering capability, grow fast and have relatively high ornamental values; and planting the iris tectorum maxims on the slope not only can effectively fixing slope soil and improve the ecological environment, but also can beautify the environment.
