Abstract

The invention relates to an in-vivo surgical resection tissue volume measuring apparatus and a measuring method utilizing the same. The in-vivo surgical resection tissue volume measuring apparatus is characterized by comprising an upper shell and a lower shell which are both hollow-out semi-spheroids; an upper membrane and a lower membrane are respectively connected to the inner sides of the upper shell and the lower shell to form two independent closed spaces; the upper shell and the lower shell are connected with each other through a hinge; and an exhaust hole and a plurality of blood vessel protective holes are formed in contact surfaces of the upper shell and the lower shell. The measuring method utilizing the in-vivo surgical resection tissue volume measuring apparatus includes selecting the suitable volume measuring apparatus to obtain a fixed volume V<fixed> of the upper shell and the lower shell; injecting liquid in the space between the upper shell and the upper membrane and the space between the lower shell and the lower membrane, exhausting air between the upper membrane and tissues as well as air between the lower membrane and tissues, and recording the volume of the injected liquid by a volumetric flowmeter as V<liquid>; and calculating to obtain the volume of the in-vivo surgical resection tissue V<tissue> by the formula V<tissue>=V<fixed>- V<liquid>. The in-vivo surgical resection tissue volume measuring apparatus and the measuring method utilizing the same can be applied to assess the volume of resection skin flap tissues during breast plastic repair and reconstruction, and can be also used for measuring volume of in-vivo surgical resection tissues in various surgical operations.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device for measuring the volume of surgically removed tissue in vivo, in particular to a device for measuring the volume of breast tissue in vivo surgically removed in breast plastic repair and reconstruction and a measuring method thereof. Background technique [0002] Pedicle flap transplantation is widely used in plastic surgery, especially breast reconstruction surgery, such as pedicled latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap transplantation, intercostal vascular perforator flap transplantation, etc. The pedicled flap transplantation is to transplant the muscle, the skin on its surface, and the subcutaneous tissue to the defect while retaining its nourishing blood vessels, so as to achieve the purpose of plastic surgery and repair. Due to the large difference in perceptions of numbers, lengths and volumes by different doctors, especially the rough visual inspection of the volumes, and the fact that most of the adjacent tissues...
