ladle working linear, which belongs to the field of fireproof materials. The weight percentage of the main materials of the repairing material are as follows: 5 to 70 percent of high
alumina bauxite, 20 to 90 percent of
corundum, as well as 4 to 20 percent of magnesia; moreover, silica
sol accounting for 5 to 20 percent of the weight of the main materials is additionally added. The
granularity of the high
alumina bauxite is not more than 10mm; the content of Al2O3 is not less than 80 percent; the
corundum comprises brown
alumina, sub-white
corundum, platy corundum, electrically-fused white corundum and the like; the magnesia comprises middle-grade
magnesite, highly pure
magnesite, electrically-fused
magnesite, and the like; wherein, the MgO content thereof is not less than 93.0 percent; the content of SiO2 in the silica
sol is between 20.0 percent and 40.0 percent; the content of Na2O is not more than 0.4 percent, and the
pH range is between 8.5 and 12. The invention takes the silica
sol as a wedding agent, has high material intensity and good sticking performance with a residual linear, and simultaneously enhances the intensity forming speed and the sticking thickness with the residual linear of the material under low temperature by employing a mechanism that the silica sol and the magnesia mutually promote for hardening, thus not only being capable of carrying out large area repairing to a
ladle body, but also being capable of carrying out repairing to a part; moreover, the service life is long and the
ladle circulation is quick.
