The deburring outer sleeve is in detachable connection with the external flanging mold core; the external flanging mold core is mounted in an inner hole of the deburring external sleeve; one end of the deburring outer sleeve is a deburring end; and a gap is arranged between the deburring end and the external flanging end. The inner hole is a step hole with a first hole section and a second hole section; the inner diameter of the first hole section is smaller than the inner diameter of the second hole section; the connecting end of the external flanging mold core is mounted in the first hole section through a fastener; the second hole section forms the deburring end; and a chamfer is arranged on the step portion of the second hole section.
