The method comprises: S1, a TCAP layer of an intermediate node receives a first TR_BEGIN message from a network, converts the first TR_BEGIN message into a TC_BEGIN primitive, and sends the primitive to an application layer; S2, the application layer analyzes the application layer data to obtain calling information and determines whether the calling information belongs to a processing range of the intermediate node by using pre-configured data; if not, a destination address of the calling information is changed; S3, the application layer forwards calling to the TCAP layer by using a TC_RELAY primitive extended by the TCAP layer; S4, the TCAP layer looks up local transaction according to a Dialogue ID parameter in the TC_RELAY primitive, converts the TC_RELAY primitive into a TR_RELAY primitive after finding of the local transaction, and sends the TR_RELAY primitive to a TCAP transaction sub layer; and S5, the TCAP transaction sub layer converts the TR_RELAY primitive into a second TR_BEGIN message and sends the message to the network.
