According to the novel carbon fiber fabric setting process, one or more thin resin layers are added to one or both of the upper surface and the lower surface of each carbon fiber fabric; through the adhesive force obtained after melting of resin, fibers of the carbon fiber fabric can be mutually bonded, thereby setting the carbon fiber fabric; and through the thin resin layers or with the help of hot wind, automatic bonding among a plurality of carbon fiber fabrics in a laying-pasting process can be achieved. By adoption of the novel carbon fiber fabric setting device and process, the performance and the efficiency of fabric laying-pasting on a mold can be improved; and meanwhile, the thin resin layers are added through external operation, and direct fiber treatment or usage of set fibers are avoided, thereby guaranteeing the production simplification, reducing the production cost, and facilitating mass production.
