A bottom expanding method includes the steps that filler is fed according to the set feeding amount, wherein the feeding height H is equal to the feeding volume V; the upper portion of the inner ramming pipe is provided with an upper ramming plate with the diameter not smaller than the inner diameter of the outer pipe, and the lower portion of the inner ramming pipe is provided with a lower ramming plate with the diameter not larger than the inner diameter of the outer pipe; and an inner ramming pipe hammer is formed by the upper ramming plate, the lower ramming plate and the inner ramming pipe.
