Embodiment 1

[0032] The experiment was conducted in the experimental site of the College of Horticulture, Sichuan Agricultural University from May to August 2015.

[0033] (1) Experimental method:

[0034] Choose plump eggplant seeds and use Na with a mass concentration of 10% 3 PO 4 After the solution is disinfected, the seeds are soaked to accelerate germination, and the seeds are sown in a nutrient bowl (10cm×10cm) equipped with a special substrate for vegetables after they are white. When the eggplant seedlings have three leaves and one heart, select strong seedlings of the same size and treat them in the manner described in Table 1. Two days after the last spraying, the seedlings were placed in a light incubator with a relative humidity of 75% and a temperature of (40±1)℃ for high temperature stress. After 24 hours of treatment, they were transferred to room temperature to recover for 2 hours, and each treatment was repeated 3 times. Times.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for significantly enhancing eggplant stress resistance under high temperature stress. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting full eggplant seeds, using a Na3PO4 solution to disinfect, and then soaking the seeds to accelerate germination, after seeds are white, sowing; (2) after eggplant seedlings send forth three leaves and one center, using a 50-200 [mu]mol.L<-1> melatonin solution to spray leaves, spraying once every 2-3 days, spraying amount in each time being 3-5 mL for each plant of eggplant seedling, and totally spraying for 3-4 times. Using the method can delay damages on eggplant chlorophyll by high temperature, enhance photosynthesis, improve activity of antioxidant enzyme POD, CAT, and SOD in eggplants, reduce MDA content, maintain cell reactive oxygen metabolic balance, and improve resistance of eggplant seedlings on high temperature.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a method for enhancing the stress resistance of plants, in particular to a method for significantly enhancing the stress resistance of eggplants under high temperature stress. Background technique [0002] With the continuous expansion of human industrial activities, the ecological environment on which mankind depends has been severely damaged. In the context of global warming and the increasing greenhouse effect, extreme weather has become increasingly prominent, especially in summer high temperatures. Scientific research has confirmed that temporary or continuous high temperature will cause a series of changes in the morphology, anatomy, physiology and biochemistry of plants, which will affect the growth and development of plants, and may lead to a substantial decline in plant economic output due to rising temperatures. The heat stress caused is an important issue in agricultural production in many parts of the world. The adverse...
