The medicine composition is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 8-11 percent of areca-nuts, 10-11 percent of stone-like omphalia, 20-25 percent of astragalus membranaceus, 10-20 percent of coptis chinensis, 10-13 percent of pangolin, 4-7 percent of snake slough, 10-15 percent of ground beetles, 6-9 percent of radix bupleuri and 15-30 percent of iodine tincture. The preparation process comprises the following steps: mixing the components according to the ratio; deiodinating and soaking in 75% alcohol in a ratio of 1:1.5, and soaking in a closed condition for 20-30 days; and filtering and concentrating the medicinal residues. The medicine composition cannot hurt parts inside diseased sheep, and cannot generate any side effect while treating the cenuriasis.
