Abstract

The melt filtering device is provided with a filtering cavity allowing materials to pass through. The melt filtering device is further provided with moving shafts capable of making axial movement. The moving shafts and the filtering cavity are arranged in a penetrating mode. Detachable filtering nets are arranged at the connecting positions of the moving shafts and the filtering cavity. One end of each moving shaft is provided with a hydraulic device used for pushing the corresponding moving shaft, and the other end of each moving shaft is connected with an air exhausting device used for resetting the filtering cavity. The melt filtering device has the advantages that foreign matter such as impurities and dust in melt (like polylactic acid melt used for preparing the injection hook) can be filtered out, the phenomenon that the foreign matter blocks subsequent operation equipment can be prevented, and thus the melt can execute subsequent operation smoothly; and moreover the quality of finished products made of the melt is improved.
