Abstract

The invention discloses a portable device and a method for detecting the freshness of eggs on the basis of weight-loss ratios, and relates to weight-loss ratio detection, computers and agricultural product nondestructive detection technologies. The portable device comprises an egg and is provided with a shell, a long and short axis measuring module, a data line, an electric push rod, an embedded mainboard of a RAM (random access memory) architecture, a touch display screen, a power key, a start key, a stop key, a power line and a power supply battery. The method includes 1, arranging the to-be-detected egg on an egg weight detection opening in the long and short axis measuring module; 2, allowing a push plate to move so as to shift the egg to a specified position; 3, selecting mathematical models and processing acquired data; 4, displaying corresponding results on the screen. The portable device and the method have the advantages that the freshness of the eggs can be quickly nondestructively detected by the aid of weight-loss-ratio technologies, the portable device is simple in structure and low in cost and can be widely applied; the portable device is small and is easy to carry and popularize and applicable to large quantities of scenes.
