Abstract

The invention relates to a hair nourishing and care composition based on marine biological active substances and application of the composition in hair washing care products. The hair care composition is prepared from, by weight, (A) water-soluble marine biological active substances 25%-75% including (i) seaweed glycoprotein 10%--30%, (ii) trehalose 10%-30% and (iii) chitosan derivatives 5.0%-15%, (B) oil-soluble marine biological active substances 0.02%-1.0% including (i) 0.01-0.5% fucosterol and (ii) astaxanthin 0.01-0.5%, (C) suspended carrier coating seaweed gel 0.5%-5.0%; and (D) the balance water. The hair nourishing and care composition has oil absorption and oil control properties, and a fluffy and rich washing and protecting effect is strengthened.
