The material is prepared from, by weight, 3-4 parts of kieselguhr, 2-3 parts of lubricant, 20-30 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 35-45 parts of glass fibers, 10 parts of fire retardant, 20-30 parts of polycarbonate, 20-25 parts of ethylene propylene rubber, 5-8 parts of N-ethyl-N-zinc phenyldithiocarbamate, 2-5 parts of compound modifier, 4-7 parts of plasticizer, 12-13 parts of chitin and 18-20 parts of polydimethylsiloxane.
