The system comprises a liquid oxygen container, a liquid oxygen collector as well as a filling unit, a delivery unit, an emptying unit and a pressurizing unit which are connected with the liquid oxygen container; the pressurizing unit is used for pressurizing the liquid oxygen container and comprises a pressurizing pipeline as well as a first manual pressurizing isolating valve, a throttle orifice plate group, a pressurizing solenoid valve group and a second manual pressurizing isolating valve which are sequentially arranged on the pressurizing pipeline; the delivery unit comprises a main delivery pipeline with the length larger than 30 m; and a main isolating valve, a main pipeline filter, a first turbine flowmeter, a second turbine flowmeter, an inlet filter, a main pipeline throttle orifice plate and a pneumatic valve are sequentially arranged on the main delivery pipeline in the delivery direction of liquid oxygen.
