The router is respectively connected with a detection device and at least one target device, wherein the detection device is used for, when receiving a detection startup instruction, acquiring a connection parameter of the target device by the router; according to the connection parameter and an MAC address of the router, constructing and sending a data frame; receiving a response packet returned by the target device; according to the sent data frame and a response thereof, recording delay and a packet loss rate; and according to the delay and the packet loss rate, forming a detection report. The equipment, the system and the method which are disclosed by the invention are simple in testing process, high in consistency of a testing result, do not require a tester to carry out secondary excerption, and can effectively avoid an error caused by manual operation. Moreover, manpower resources can be effectively saved, testing efficiency is high, labor cost is low and controllability of the testing process is high.
