The irrigation water pretreatment system includes, in a successively communicated manner, a primary settling tank, a mixing and blending tank, and a lifting and water distribution system. A detection system is arranged in the mixing and blending tank. The agricultural wetland circulation system includes farmlands and a water distribution system. The water distribution system includes a water inlet pipe, a water distribution pipe system, and a water outlet pipe. The water inlet pipe is communicated with the water distribution pipe system. The water distribution pipe system and the water outlet pipe are arranged in the farmlands. The water outlet pipe is provided with a water level control valve. The ecological ditch includes a bottom wall, a first side wall, and a second side wall. Aquatic plants are planted on the bottom wall.
