Abstract

Disclosed are a garbage air-drying treatment system and a treatment method for the garbage air-drying treatment system, wherein the treatment system comprises a low-temperature dry air preparation device (100) and a garbage air-drying treatment device (200) connected thereto; the garbage air-drying treatment device (200) comprises a first garbage air-drying cylinder (30), with an inner wall thereof being provided with a first spiral upending plate (40), wherein the first spiral upending plate (40) turns over, along with the rotation of the first garbage air-drying cylinder (30), and propels garbage to move, an air inlet (32) of the first garbage air-drying cylinder (30) is connected to the low-temperature dry air preparation device (100), low-temperature dry air is blown off in an axial direction of the first garbage air-drying cylinder (30), and a moving direction of the low-temperature dry air is the same as a propelling direction of the garbage; and the garbage air-drying treatment device (200) further comprises a second garbage air-drying cylinder (31), wherein the moving direction of the low-temperature dry air in the second garbage air-drying cylinder (31) is opposite the propelling direction of the garbage therein. The treatment method uses high-temperature exhaust gas as a hot air source and uses natural air as air supplement to prepare the low-temperature dry air, and the low-temperature dry air dehydrates and dries the garbage, thus not only facilitating storage and transportation but also improving the pyrolysis efficiency of the garbage.
