The noise deadener comprises a shell, an input pipe, an output pipe and multiple resonance units, wherein the input pipe and the output pipe are arranged outside the shell; and the multiple resonance units are arranged inside the shell and are tubular. The input pipe and the output pipe are connected to opposite side walls of the shell correspondingly. The resonance units are distributed in a periodic manner and extend in the transverse direction of the input pipe. Openings are formed in the pipe walls of the resonance units. According to the noise deadener and the air conditioning system, the multiple tubular resonance units are arranged in the shell, and wideband response double negative parameters can be achieved. By means of the noise deadener, the low-frequency noise deadening amount can be increased; and by adjusting the conduction rate of the resonance units, a phononic band gap can be made to move toward the low frequency, and thus a good effect can be obtained in the aspects such as reduction of low-frequency noise such as noise of a compressor.
