Abstract

The invention discloses a one-dimensional magneto-photonic crystal chain with an asymmetric primitive structure. A T-shaped primitive is adopted, the one-dimensional magneto-photonic crystal chain is formed through lattice constant a periodic array. The primitive can also adopt space asymmetry structures such as a triangle and a semicircle. The primitive adopts a ferrite material, and a background material is an isotropic medium such as air. Accordingly, space inversion, time reversal and mirror symmetry are broken simultaneously, the one-dimensional magneto-photonic crystal chain with the asymmetric primitive structure is constructed, and one-way bulk wave mode transmission is achieved. By means of an energy band structure, energy transfer simulation and experiments, it is verified that the structure has good one-way transmission.
