This invention discloses a chain-type ring wall anti-clogging
machine, relating to the field of
silo anti-clogging technology. The invention includes a hopper, with an inner ring fixedly installed at the
discharge port at the bottom of the hopper. An outer ring is rotatably installed on the outer side of the inner ring. Multiple sets of connecting buckles are arranged annularly on the inner side of the outer ring. Multiple sets of iron chains are annularly arranged inside the hopper, with the bottom ends of the chains connected to the connecting buckles and the top ends connected to the inner wall above the hopper. A drive
assembly is installed on the outer side of the hopper
discharge port, capable of driving the outer ring to rotate forward and backward. This invention, by employing a chain-type ring wall anti-clogging method, is installed entirely within a certain range above the hopper
discharge port. Through the repeated rotation and
cutting of the chain within the hopper, normal
material flow is maintained, preventing material blockage, bridging, center flow, arching, wall adhesion, and
silo sticking, thus completely solving the problem of difficult material discharge from bulk hoppers.
