Abstract

The invention discloses a nano-silver particle organosilicone surface chip electrode. The electrode comprises a protective outer layer, a conductive heating layer, an electrode layer and a composite material chip layer, wherein the conductive heating layer, the electrode layer and the composite material chip layer are arranged in turn on the front of the protective outer layer. An electrode interface is arranged on the back of the protective outer layer. The electrode interface is directly connected with the conductive heating layer. The electrode layer comprises a nano-silver organosilicone carrier and a carbon fiber layer distributed on the nano-silver organosilicone carrier. The nano-silver organosilicone carrier is formed by uniformly mixing nano-silver particles into an organosilicone material. The carbon fiber layer is in a lattice-like structure or a uniformly arranged homogeneous lattice-like structure, wherein the structure is irregularly geometrically shaped on the nano-silver organosilicone carrier. The nano-silver particle organosilicone surface chip electrode provided by the invention can effectively solve the problem that the therapeutic effect is affected by poor thermal conductivity of an electrode chip in the prior art. The invention further discloses a manufacture method of the nano-silver particle organosilicone surface chip electrode.
