By using the method, the survival rate of cutting can be maximized, vigorous growth of seedlings can be guaranteed, the growth quantity of seedlings can be maximized, and thus the population quantity of eleutharrhena macrocarpa can be increased. The method can effectively guarantee the survival rate of cutting and formation of eleutharrhena macrocarpa seedlings, thereby achieving the objective of population propagation. The cutting propagation technique provided by the invention is also suitable for cutting propagation processes of other species with similar biological characteristics and has the advantages of low cost, simple operation, easy mastering and high survival rate.
