A preparation method comprises the following steps: drying the components in the sun or baking the components, crushing the components by virtue of a high-speed wall breaker, adding a proper amount of vinegar into powder, decocting the mixture in a high-temperature high-pressure decocting machine until a medicament is decocted into a flowing state, and cooling.
