Abstract

This invention provides an equipment mounting device for elevators by which equipment can be inexpensively mounted to an elevator car frame structure member during repair work without having to modify the mounting structure for the equipment. This equipment mounting device for elevators comprises: a first mounting bracket that has a base and an equipment mounting arm to which equipment is mounted; a second mounting bracket that has a fastening part and a sandwiching part; and a fastener that fastens the base and the fastening part. The first mounting bracket is installed so that the base is positioned at one side of a structural member of an elevator car; the second mounting bracket is installed so that the sandwiching part faces the base from the other side of the structural member with the structural member therebetween and so that the fastening part avoids the structural member and faces the base; the base and the fastening part are fastened by the fastener; and the first mounting bracket and the second mounting bracket are fixed to the structural member by the structural member being sandwiched between the base and the sandwiching part.
