Problems solved by technology

But for vegetable cultivation, its large water holding capacity is a disadvantage
Vegetables are afraid of waterlogging, the large water holding capacity of peat is not good for the growth of vegetable roots, it is prone to hypoxia, and the survival rate is relatively low
[0004] At present, peat is widely used as a cultivation substrate in production, but peat is expensive and resources are limited, so it is not suitable to use in large quantities.

Abstract

The invention discloses a composite matrix for home indoor soilless cultivation of vegetables. The composite matrix comprises, by volume, 3 to 5 parts of peat, 2 parts of perlite, 1 part of river sand and an appropriate amount of fertilizer. The peat is coarse peat and has particle sizes of 10-30mm. The river sand is fine sand for the construction site and is screened by a sieve having pore sizes of 2-4mm. Before potting, 20kg of organic fertilizer, 10kg of vegetable cake fertilizer and 0.5kg of compound fertilizer (15:15:15) are added into each cubic meter of the matrix. The composite matrix has pH of 5.5-6.5, conductivity of 0.5-2 ms / cm, volume weight of 0.3-0.5 g / cm<3>, total porosity of 55-60, aeration porosity of 20-22%, water holding porosity of 35-40% and a gas-water ratio of 1: 1.5-2.0. The composite matrix is used for vegetable potting, eliminates the soil-borne diseases, improves the quality of vegetable fruits and yield by about 20%, has a high practical value, realizes luxuriant growth of roots and plants and realizes bonsai beautiful effects.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to a cultivation substrate, in particular to a composite substrate for domestic indoor soilless cultivation of vegetables. 【Background technique】 [0002] Soilless substrate cultivation has the following advantages: (1) It is not limited by soil conditions and can be cultivated in places and environments that are not suitable for soil cultivation. It can be carried out in areas with poor soil, arid areas, and saline-alkali land, making full use of land resources. (2) The solid substrate has a strong permeability to water and air, which makes it easier to adjust the water and air in the root environment and is more conducive to the development of the root system. (3) Irrigation and fertilization are relatively accurate, and can accurately supply the water and nutrients needed by crops according to the needs of water and nutrients in different growth stages of crops. It is easy to obtain high yield, and the product quality is im...
