Abstract

The invention discloses an enzyme prepared from raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 0.5 parts of herba menthae, 0.4 parts of purslane herb, 0.4 parts of plantain herb, 0.4 parts of herba taraxaci, 0.5 parts of fructus xanthii, 0.4 parts of Indian kalimeris herb, 0.4 parts of setaria viridis herb, 2 parts of glucose and 15 parts of water. The preparation technology of the enzyme comprises the steps as follows: (1) preparation of the raw materials according to raw material parts; (2) cleaning and draining of the materials: 0.5 parts of herba menthae, 0.4 parts of purslane herb, 0.4 parts of plantain herb, 0.4 parts of herba taraxaci, 0.5 parts of fructus xanthii, 0.4 parts of Indian kalimeris herb and 0.4 parts of setaria viridis herb which are prepared in step (1) are cleaned and drained; (3) fermentation: the raw materials cleaned in step (2) are chopped and placed in a fermentation barrel, 2 parts of glucose and 15 parts of water are added, and sealed fermentation is performed at 25 DEG C for half a year. Compared with the prior art, the enzyme has the advantages as follows: multiple wild plants and organic fruits and vegetables are used as raw materials, and the enzyme has the effects of clearing heat, removing toxins, removing eczema, inducing diereses and resisting viruses. The enzyme can be used as multiple edible enzymes and also good fertilizer required in agriculture.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an enzyme, in particular to an enzyme and a preparation process thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, traditional pesticides and chemical fertilizers are harmful to humans: 1. It is easy to cause obesity; 2. It is easy to cause cancer; 3. It interferes with endocrine; Underdeveloped and deformed. [0003] With the accumulation of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in the human body, the outbreak of modern diseases such as high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes and cancer has formed. Chemical fertilizers and pesticides have become the biggest potential killer in our food, and food safety and a healthy environment cannot be guaranteed. [0004] Enzymes, also known as "enzymes", are proteins that are smaller than a cell unit. It is a special protein with biocatalysis. The medium of various biochemical changes in the new city metabolism of humans or plants, acts on cell metabolism, regeneration, decompositio...
