Abstract

The fabrication method comprises the steps of 1) detecting a relation between actual compression quantity and lamination pressure of the stator core by a dial indicator under the effect of different and gradually-increased lamination pressure, and drawing a corresponding relation curve, wherein inter-sheet pressure is ensured by the lamination pressure; 2) setting initial lamination pressure on the basis of the corresponding relation curve, fastening the stator core according to standard fastening torque requirement of a bolt under the effect of the initial lamination pressure, releasing the pressure, detecting compression quantity and resilient quantity of the stator core by the dial indicator, calculating remaining compression quantity, and deducting an inter-sheet pressure value in the corresponding relation curve; and 3) judging whether the inter-sheet pressure vale conforms to design requirement or not, and executing the step 4) if the design requirement is not met; and 4) releasing the pressure, returning to the step 2), adjusting the initial lamination pressure again, and simultaneously adjusting a fastening force torque value of a screw rod until the design requirement is met by building and employing an analysis model between the actual compression quantity of the laminated core and the lamination pressure.
