Abstract

The invention discloses a method for killing icerya purchasi in the potted cultivation process of a succulent plant. The method comprises the following process steps: (1) putting a potted succulent plant into a paper box, putting electroheating mosquito-repellent incense inserted with prallethrin electric mosquito-repellent incense sheets into the paper box, starting the electroheating mosquito-repellent incense and sealing the paper box; (II) wrapping the pot part of the treated potted succulent plant, which is obtained in the step I, with a polyethylene film, covering the soil surface and only exposing the plant part above the soil; (III) spraying first liquid on the treated plant obtained in the step II, and wrapping the plant with the polyethylene film; (IV) removing the polyethylene film which wraps the plant, spraying and washing the plant part with clean water, air-drying and spraying second liquid on the plant; (V) removing the polyethylene film which wraps the pot part.
