Abstract

The invention provides a method for measuring seven kinds of polychlorinated biphenyl in soil by applying an ultrasonic assistance-headspace-solid phase microextraction technology. The method comprises the following steps: (1) treating samples; (2) performing ultrasonic assistance headspace solid phase microextraction; (3) performing gas chromatography-mass spectrum combination and starting a dataacquisition instrument to acquire data of the polychlorinated biphenyl; and (4) performing data processing: repeating the steps (1), (2) and (3) for three times to obtain four groups of data of the polychlorinated biphenyl in the step (3), drawing a standard curve and calculating the concentration of the polychlorinated biphenyl in the soil. The method for quantitatively analyzing seven kinds ofpolychlorinated biphenyl in the soil is simple, convenient, environment-friendly and safe, the sensitivity is improved, and a certain practical significance and wide application prospect are achieved.
