The Huatuo Zaizao pills are capable of reducing Abeta accumulated in brain tissue and taking protection functions of neural synaptic plasticity into play, thereby treating cognition impairment of the Alzheimer's disease. By adopting modern biological techniques and bioinformatics analysis, functions of the Huatuo Zaizao pills are primarily studied, results show that the Huatuo Zaizao pills have protection functions on synapse proteins and functions, furthermore results showthat the Huatuo Zaizao pills have application of relieving cognition impairment of patients suffering from the Alzheimer's disease, and the Huatuo Zaizao pills can be designed as a targeting medicinefor promoting recovery of cognitive functions of the patients suffering from the Alzheimer's disease, and have great potential application values upon treatment on the Alzheimer's disease.
