Abstract

The invention relates to a boiler ventilation test data on-line acquisition system and an analysis and processing method. The analysis and processing method includes the following steps that: differential pressure, pressure, and temperature in a plurality of test pipelines of a boiler are acquired in real time through field acquisition components; the signals are sent to a data processing center;the data processing center performs calculation so as to obtain air volume, air speed, air speed deviation and the air volume correction coefficient of a total pipeline connected with four test pipelines; and a field test adjustment actuator receives a test instruction issued by the data processing center and then adjusts the air volume in the test pipelines until measurement under 0 to 100% workconditions is completed, so that pipeline performance curves under the corresponding working conditions can be obtained, and a corresponding control model is established according to the pipeline performance curves, and accurate control of the combustion of the boiler can be realized. The system and method of the invention have the advantages of large amount of acquired data, short collection period, and high accuracy of the acquired data. With the system and method adopted, artificially irreplaceable data discrimination and data processing capabilities can be realized, the information amountof test data can be increased, and the intelligent and automatic control of a system can be realized.
