The invention provides a method for calibrating the performance curve of a single water pump in an urban water plant pump station. The urban water plant pump station comprises multiple pumps in parallel connection, and the method includes: (1), monitoring data collecting: obtaining historical data of operating state of the pump station through monitoring instruments mounted at an inlet and an outlet of the pump station; (2), monitoring data processing: utilizing the historical data of the operating state of the pump station measured in the step (1) to obtain total flow, total pumping head and electricity consumption of the pump station and operating state of the single water pump so as to generating processing data; (3), monitoring data analyzing: adopting the regional sensitivity analysis method to the data generated in the step (2), and calculating performance curve parameters of the single water pump in the pump station according to a given pump station performance curve equation; and (4), applying parameters: subjecting the performance curve parameters of the single water pump obtained in the step (3) to simulating application to obtain the performance curve, energy consumption evaluation and improvement scheme of the single water pump and optimized scheduling of the pump station.

Gas-liquid two-phase flow performance testing system and method for centrifugal pump

The invention discloses a gas-liquid two-phase flow performance testing system and method for a centrifugal pump. The system is mainly composed of a liquid storage tank, an inlet pipeline, a gas inlet pipe branch, a variable frequency pump unit and an outlet pipeline. An inlet in the middle of the liquid storage tank is connected with the outlet end of the variable frequency pump unit through the outlet pipeline, the inlet end of the variable frequency pump unit is connected to an outlet in the bottom of the liquid storage tank through the inlet pipeline, and the inlet pipeline is further connected with the gas inlet pipe branch. By collecting signals of a pressure sensor and a torque meter of the variable frequency pump unit, lift and efficiency curves under gas-liquid two-phase flow with different gas contents are obtained. By analyzing signals of a vibration acceleration sensor, a flow quantity vibration curve is obtained. By collecting inlet pressure and the signals of the pressure sensor, cavitating performance curves of the centrifugal pump under the gas-liquid two-phase flow with different gas contents are obtained. A closed circulation loop is formed, and gas-liquid two-phase flow performance testing, vibration testing, cavitating performance testing and the like of the centrifugal pump can be realized. The system is simple in structure, high in testing efficiency and high in testing accuracy.

Transflective liquid crystal display with vertical alignment

A transflective liquid crystal display with uniform cell gap configuration throughout the transmissive and the reflective display region is invented. Mutually complementary common electrode pattern and reflector pattern or mutually complementary ITO pixel electrode pattern and reflector pattern produce an electric field in the transmissive display region that has a uniform longitudinal field and an electric field in the reflective display region that is a fringing field. An initially vertically aligned negative dielectric anisotropic nematic liquid crystal material between the electrodes forms a smaller tilt angle with respect to the substrate normal in the reflective display region while a larger tilt angle with respect to the substrate normal in the transmissive display region. Consequently, the ambient incident light experiences smaller phase retardation in the reflective display region while the light from the backlight source experiences larger phase retardation. Since the ambient light passes through the reflective display region twice while the light from the backlight source passes through the transmissive display region only once, by properly designing the electrodes and the reflector width, the light from both ambient light source and backlight source will experience almost the same phase retardation in both reflective and transmissive display regions. As a result, the electro-optical performance curves of both transmissive display mode and reflective display mode overlap.
