Abstract

The invention discloses an arbiter-based structure-reconfigurable circuit structure of a physical unclonable function (PUF). The structure is formed by n MUX Groups, n arbiters and 2n-2 MUXes. An internal structure of each MUX Group is formed by j groups of MUXes which are symmetrically arranged and in front-back cross-transmission. Two output signals of the MUX Group are connected with an arbiter, and also used as input to two symmetrically placed MUXes. The other input ends of the two MUXes are connected with a system clock. Output of the MUXes is connected with input of a next-stage MUX Group. Therefore, selection signals of the MUXes can control whether input signals of the next-stage MUX Group are from the output of the previous stage or from the system clock. According to the circuitstructure, series connection and parallel connection of the various-stage MUX Groups can be realized, thus a reconfigurable effect of the PUF structure can be realized, and simultaneous output of single-bit or multi-bit valid-data can be realized.
