Embodiment 1

[0034] In August 2016, 100 potato seeds of Qinyu 30 (H1) harvested in July 2016 were packed in a kraft paper bag, and then placed in a thermostat with a temperature of 36°C for 2.5 months; then the seeds were removed from the kraft paper Take it out of the bag, carry out 10 hours of light every day, and spray a 15ppm gibberellin solution every 12 hours, each spraying is based on the fact that the potato seeds are wet and do not collect water, and the treatment is for 2 days in total.

[0035] Spread the H1 that breaks the dormancy period on the filter paper so that each seed can directly contact the filter paper, and then put the filter paper into a petri dish filled with vermiculite and culture solution 1, wherein the thickness of the vermiculite layer accounts for 100% of the thickness of the petri dish. 1 / 3 of the depth; then spray H1 with 800 times liquid of carbendazim 50% wettable powder, and cover the petri dish with the criterion that the potato seeds are wet but not co...

Embodiment 2

[0037] In August 2016, 100 potato seeds of Eshu No. 5 (H2) received in July 2016 were packed in kraft paper bags, and placed in a thermostat at 38°C for 2.5 months; then the seeds were removed from the Take it out from the kraft paper bag, carry out 10 hours of light every day, and spray a 15ppm gibberellin solution every 8 hours, each spraying is based on the fact that the potato seeds are wet and do not collect water, and the treatment is for 2 days in total.

[0038] Spread the dormant-breaking H2 on the filter paper so that each seed can directly contact the filter paper, and then put the filter paper into a petri dish filled with perlite and culture solution 2, where the thickness of the perlite layer is 100% of that of the petri dish. 1 / 2 of the depth; then spray H2 with 800 times liquid of carbendazim 50% wettable powder, and cover the petri dish with the criterion that the potato seeds are wet and do not collect water. Put the treated petri dish into a constant tempera...

Embodiment 3

[0040] In August 2016 and July 2016, 100 991-60 (H3) potato seeds were packed in a kraft paper bag, and placed in a constant temperature box at 35°C for 3 months; then the seeds were removed from the kraft paper Take it out of the bag, carry out 10 hours of light every day, and spray a 15ppm gibberellin solution every 12 hours, each spraying is based on the fact that the potato seeds are wet and do not collect water, and the treatment is for 2 days in total.

[0041]Spread the H3 that breaks the dormancy period on the filter paper, so that each seed can directly contact the filter paper, and then put the filter paper into a petri dish filled with rock wool and culture solution 1, and the thickness of the rock wool layer accounts for 1% of the culture medium. 1 / 3 of the depth of the dish; then spray H3 with 1000 times of carbendazim 50% wettable powder, and cover the petri dish with the criterion that the potato seeds are wet but not collected. Put the treated petri dish into a...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for breaking dormancy of current potato seeds and increasing germination rate. The method comprises the following specific steps: placing potato seeds in kraft paper sacks, standing for 2.5-3 months at the constant temperature, and carrying out exposure and gibberellin spraying treatment on the seeds to break dormancy of the seeds; and laying the potato seeds of which the dormancy is broken on filter paper, placing the filter paper in a culture dish with a cultivation substrate and a culture solution, and finally placing the culture dish in a constant-temperature box and carrying out poikilothermic treatment. The culture solution in the culture dish is obtained by mixing a gibberellin solution, a sterilizing agent solution and a hydrochloric acid solution according to the volume ratio of 1: 1-2:1. By the method, dormancy of the current potato seeds can be broken rapidly, after germination of the current potato seeds is accelerated, the germination percentage can be 90% or above, and the technical problems that the dormancy of the current potato seeds cannot be broken easily, and the germination rate is low are solved effectively.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of germination acceleration, and in particular relates to a method for breaking the dormancy of potato seed seeds of the year and improving the germination rate. Background technique [0002] Potato seeds were harvested that year, and there was a dormancy period of about 6 months. The general method is to store the seeds for more than 1 year and directly use them for germination; or store them for more than half a year and less than 1 year, soak them in 1000mg / L gibberellin solution for 24 hours to break dormancy and then germinate. The above method not only takes a long time, but also has a very low germination rate . There are also related technologies that believe that after the high-temperature treatment of the seeds, the germination at constant temperature takes about 5 months, and the germination rate is only about 75%. Compared with the general method, it also has the disadvantages of long time and l...
