The method comprises the steps of collecting enrichment accumulation and development essential factor of a shale gas researching block, collecting basic data; establishing a control factor relation flow chart; calculating influence distribution of control factors; establishing an evaluation factor vector; calculating evaluation factor weight distribution; respectively calculating advantage and disadvantage distribution of a comparing block in each evaluation factor; respectivelycalculating advantage and disadvantage reliability distribution of the computing block in each evaluation factor; and calculating the relative optimal index (COI). According to the method of the invention, a dynamic calculating relative evaluation theory system is established; a group difference among multiple control factors is used for calculating the relative optimal index (COI); comprehensiveevaluation is performed on a selected area; a uniform method is supplied for comparison of different geological backgrounds, different blocks and different exploitation degrees; furthermore shale gasenriched accumulation possibility and developing ability are considered; and a more reliable settlement solution is supplied for shale gas optimal area comprehensive evaluation.
