Abstract

The invention discloses a novel vibratory uniform mixing device for a blood coagulation analyzer. The novel vibratory uniform mixing device comprises a shell, a blood coagulation cup, a vibration device and clamping devices, wherein the top of the shell is provided with an opening; an inner side of the opening is fixedly provided with a guide barrel; the top of the blood coagulation cup penetratesthrough the guide barrel to be placed at the top of the vibration device; the vibration device comprises a supporting spring, a mounting plate and a vibrator; the bottom of the supporting spring is fixed with the inner wall of the bottom of the shell; the top of the supporting spring is fixed with the mounting plate; the vibrator is fixedly arranged at the top of the mounting plate; the blood coagulation cup is placed at the top of the vibrator; the clamping devices comprise fixed barrels, telescopic barrels, compression springs, electromagnets, iron blocks and clamping heads; certain ends ofthe fixed barrels are fixed with inner walls of the shell; the telescopic barrels are connected with inner walls of the fixed barrels in a sliding manner; the compression springs are located on innersides of the fixed barrels and the telescopic barrels. By using a semi-automatic vibratory uniform mixing device for the blood coagulation analyzer, a vibratory agitation effect on the blood coagulation cup can be achieved; a reagent is more uniformly mixed, and a workload of a medical worker is lightened.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of clinical detection and analysis instruments, in particular to a novel vibrating mixing device for a blood coagulation analyzer. Background technique [0002] The semi-automatic coagulation analyzer is mainly composed of a stirring rod, a detector, a magnet, a motor, a display screen, a printer, a processor, a photometer, and a keyboard, and is used for the determination of PT, APTT, FIB, TT, and coagulation factors. [0003] When the semi-automatic blood coagulation analyzer is working, after adding reagents into the blood coagulation cup, it is necessary to stir and mix the blood coagulation cup. Reagents stick to the outside of the stirring rod, and the stirring rod needs to be cleaned, which increases the workload of medical staff. For this reason, we propose a new type of vibrating mixing device for blood coagulation analyzer. Contents of the invention [0004] The object of the present invention ...
