Abstract

The invention discloses an analyzing and testing device for the gas permeability of wood, and relates to the field of physical property testing of wood. Positive pressure gas is taken as a driving source, and a pressure reducing valve and a pressure regulating valve are arranged between a pressurized gas source and a wood sample to be detected, so as to control driving pressure at a high pressureend at the upstream of the sample. A wood sample clamping device guarantees the gas tightness during permeation testing, ensures that tested gas flow completely passes a fracture surface of the wood sample, the gas flow inlet high pressure end of the clamping device is fixed, and a gas flow outlet in a low pressure end can serve as a sliding component. A high pressure end pressure gage is mountedat the high pressure end of the wood sample clamping device, and displays the pressure at the upstream of wood during permeability testing, the low pressure end is communicated with the atmosphere, and stable positive pressure difference is formed between the two ends of the wood sample to be detected, so that gas flow flowing through the wood sample flows under a stable state. The low pressure end measures the flow of eluting gas, and a wood gas permeability measured result is obtained according to a gas permeability calculation equation. The device belongs to a stable state positive pressuredifference wood gas permeability testing device, and the testing process is simple and convenient.
