motor controller detection device which comprises a testing frame, the output end of a motor body is connected with a testing shaft through a coupler, a friction disc is arranged on the testing shaft, a load disc is installed on the testing frame, the load disc and the friction disc are oppositely arranged, and when the motor body rotates at a
low speed, the friction disc is driven to rotate. The detection device further comprises a power-off unit, a
relay is connected between the power-off unit and the controller body, the power-off unit is used for automatically
cutting off power supply of the controller body when it is detected that the motor body is continuously in a low-speed on-load state, and the power-off unit based on optical and
thermal mechanical linkage works cooperatively through the load disc with the switchable friction face. An
intelligent sensor concept is fused, the device can simulate on-load starting working conditions of motors with different power levels, and can
cut off power supply of a controller in a delayed manner through a
bimetallic strip without an external power supply when abnormal states such as continuous low-speed stalling are detected, so that the test safety is improved, and the application range is widened.
