Abstract

The invention discloses a five-phase inverter of a dual three-phase motor and a vector control method thereof. The method comprises the steps that comparison is conducted on the rotation speed deviation of two motors in a control system to determine whether a two-phase winding connected with a public arm is a principal phase or a subordinate phase, the actual switching state of the public arm is determined according to a principal and subordinate selection principal, the actual switching state of a separated arm equals to the theoretical switching state of the phase winding connected with theseparated arm, and finally controlling of the five-phase inverter is conducted by using the obtained actual switching state. The controlling accuracy of the motor is greatly improved, and controllingwith fast response and high accuracy of a five-phase inverter dual three-phase motor system is achieved.
