The method comprises the following steps: receiving first frequency identification information;calculating a difference value between the first and second frequency identification information; determining a current target difference value based on S difference values once every S difference values are calculated; performing Kalman filtering on the current target difference value based on a stored filtering parameter group corresponding to the current target difference value so as to filterGaussian noise in the target difference value to obtain a current target difference value subjected to the filtering and a filtering parameter group corresponding to the next target difference value;storing the filtering parameter group corresponding to the next target difference value, and determining a corresponding target voltage according to the calibrated target difference value; and adjusting the own actual output frequency according to the determined target voltage. By adoption of the scheme, the clock frequency of video display terminals can be quickly adjusted to be consistent with that of a main video display terminal, so that the video display terminals can synchronously display the received video data.
