[0077] The synthesis and application of the TPE-PDEAEAM polymer quantum dots of the present invention will be further described below through specific examples.

[0078] 1. Synthesis of TPE-PDEAEAM polymer quantum dots

[0079] (1) Synthesis of monomeric N(2-(diethylamino)ethyl)acrylamide (DEAEAM): N[2-(diethylamino)ethyl]acrylamide (DEAEAM) was synthesized according to the literature procedure: in Under magnetic stirring, N,N-diethylethylenediamine (75mmol, 8.72g) and CHCl 3 (75mL) into a 250mL single-necked round bottom flask, and then place the flask in an ice-water bath. Subsequently, the solution in CHCl was slowly added dropwise over 1 hour 3 Acryloyl chloride (90mmol, 7.2mL) in (50mL). After the complete addition of acryloyl chloride, it was reacted at room temperature for 1 h. The reaction solution was washed with aqueous NaOH (100 mL, 1 mol / L) and water (100 mL), and finally washed with anhydrous MgSO 4 Dry, remove CHCl by rotary evaporation 3 solvent, the crude...

Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-responsivity polymer quantum dot TPE-PDEAEAM (tetraphenyl ethylene-poly N (2-diethylamino ethyl) acrylamide) which is prepared by taking TPE-BMP as an initiator throughatom transfer radical polymerization. Since the TPE-PDEAEAM polymer quantum dot contains diethylamino and acrylamide groups, the TPE-PDEAEAM polymer quantum dot has corresponding response to temperature, pH (potential of hydrogen) and CO2 stimulation. A fluorescent polymer shows a unique aggregation-induced emission (AIE) behavior and can be easily digested by a HeLa cell; nine generations of thecell can be traced; and therefore, the fluorescent polymer can serve as a long-term tracing fluorescent agent of cell imaging.

Description

[0001] The present invention relates to the preparation of a polymer fluorescent quantum dot, in particular to the preparation of a multi-responsive TPE-PDEAEAM polymer quantum dot. The polymer quantum dot has AIE fluorescence characteristics and can be used as a fluorescent agent for cell imaging . Background technique [0002] In recent years, fluorescence imaging, as a non-invasive technology in the field of life sciences, has attracted widespread attention in the field of scientific research due to its high sensitivity, easy operation, and low cost. So far, various fluorescent molecules have been synthesized and used as bioimaging reagents. Among these numerous reagents, the development of long-term cell tracers for long-term tracking of cell processes is of great significance for biological researchers to monitor biological processes such as the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of cancer cells. [0003] As well-known fluorescent inorganic nanoparticles, q...
