The construction method comprises the following steps: constructing the spun-digging pile at a set position; when the spun-digging pile is constructed to a region where hole collapse is easily caused, excavating by a set distance towards the region where hole collapse is easily caused; providing a barrel of which the outer diameter is smaller than the aperture of the spun-digging pile; placing the barrel into the spun-digging pile, placing the bottom of the barrel in the region where hole collapse is easily caused, and forming an annular gap between the periphery of the barrel and the side wall of the spun-digging pile; pouring concrete in the annular gap so as to form a protecting wall structure on the side wall of the spun-digging pile; taking out the barrel from the inside of the spun-digging pile, continuing downwards excavating the spun-digging pile by a set distance, placing the barrel in the spun-digging pile again, and pouring concrete to form a new protecting wall structure, and repeating the step until the spun-digging pile passes throughthe region where hole collapse is easily caused; and excavating the spun-digging pile until construction of the spun-digging pile is finished.
