Abstract

The invention discloses a motor stator lamination structure, and a winding method thereof. The motor stator lamination structure comprises a stator lamination body, wherein a cylindrical hollow spacefor accommodating a rotor is formed in the stator lamination body; a plurality of winding slots are distributed around the cylindrical hollow space and used for mounting of coil windings; the windingslots comprise first winding slots and second winding slots which are distributed in a spaced manner; two of the first winding slots are formed between every two adjacent second winding slots; and thecross section area of each first winding slot is larger than the cross section area of each second winding slot. The motor stator lamination structure and the winding method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the two large winding slots are formed between every two adjacent small winding slots, and the coil windings are wound between each group of the large winding slots in a single-layer manner, so that the winding cost can be reduced; and the slot filling factor of the large winding slots can be increased through a tight wire displacement mode, and automatic mechanical winding can be easily achieved.
