Abstract

The invention discloses a fertilizer capable of simultaneously improving contents of raphanin and organic selenium in Chinese kale bolt. The sulfur content in the fertilizer is 1 to 4 mM, and the selenium content in the fertilizer is 40 to 80 mu M. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a method capable of simultaneously improving contents of the raphanin and organic selenium in broccoli. The method comprises the step of leaf spraying the fertilizer on Chinese kale plants. By means of the foliar fertilizer disclosed by the invention, the content of the raphanin in the Chinese kale bolt is effectively improved by 13.5 to 59%, and the content of the selenium in the Chinese kale bolt is improved by 11.9 to 54.1 times.
