The structure comprises a pair of anchoring parts,a connecting cord, and a pair of supports. The pair of anchoring parts are provided on the second car side end of the first car so as to be on both sides of the connecting part in a direction perpendicular to the direction of travel in plan view. The pair of supports are provided on the first car side end of the second car so as to be on both sides of the connecting part in the direction perpendicular to the direction of travel in plan view. Both ends of the connecting cord are connected to the pair of anchoring parts, with the intermediate portion of the connecting cord being supported by the pair of supports. The pair of supports support the connecting cord in a manner allowing for movement of the connecting cord.
