The display method comprises the steps of acquiring an image frame to be displayed and a corresponding binary code stream; based on a gray level adjustment information set corresponding to each code element in the binary code stream, adjusting a gray level value of a corresponding pixel point in the image frame to be displayed, and thus acquiring a first image frame and a second image frame in sequence; and displaying the first image frame and the second image frame. According to the methods and devices provided by the invention, the gray level difference between the two image frames becomes larger, so as to be conveniently recognized by a terminal.
