Abstract
The invention discloses a culture medium box set and method for in-vitro rapid propagation of scaevola taccada. The culture medium box set for in-vitro rapid propagation of scaevola taccada comprisesa scaevola taccada cluster bud induction culture medium, a somatic embryo and adventitious bud induction culture medium, a somatic embryo and adventitious bud proliferation and elongation culture medium, a scaevola taccada rooting induction culture medium and river sand used as a scaevola taccada tissue culture seedling transplanting medium. Moreover, an efficient scaevola taccada tissue culture seedling rapid propagation technology system utilizing the box set is also built. A basis is provided for protecting, developing and utilizing scaevola taccada resources, and a blank of scaevola taccada in the aspect of the tissue culture rapid propagation technology is filled in.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant tissue culture, and in particular relates to a culture medium kit and a method for in vitro rapid propagation of Pittonia chinensis. Background technique [0002] Scaevola taccada is a semi-mangrove plant of the erect or spreading shrubs of the genus Scaevola in the family Goodeniaceae. There are 11 genera and 400 species in the whole family. Almost all origins and existing species are mostly concentrated in Australia, and only Pittosporum is widely distributed all over the world. There are 130 species of Pittosporum, and only 40 species are distributed outside Australia, most of which are scattered in tropical island areas. There are two species in the southern coast of my country, namely Scaevola hainanensis Hance and Scaevola hainanensis Hance, which are mainly distributed on the open seaside sandy land or coastal cliffs in Taiwan, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan. As a dominant species in...
