agar, and the pH is 5.8; a culture medium for rooting culture is B5, 1-10mg / L of furfuryl
aminopurine, 1mg / L of IBA, 30g / L of
cane sugar and 6.5 g / L of
agar, and the pH is 5.8. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the branches of the gold-leaf purple
gynura are used for culturing, so that rapid and large-scale proliferation of the gold-leaf purple
gynura can be realized, and the problem that the division and
cutting propagation speed of the gold-leaf purple gynura is relatively low is solved. The method is simple and convenient to operate and more suitable for production practice.
