The device comprises a sampling cylinder, an energy accumulator and a ball valve; the sampling cylinder is placed in the support seat; the inlet end is provided with an opening and is connected with the ball valve through a flange; the outlet end is opened and is connected with the energy accumulator through a capillary; the energy accumulator is fixed arranged on an energy accumulator fixing frame, and the accumulator accumulatoris provided with an energy accumulator inflation valve; the inlet end of the sampling cylinder is provided with a correlation-type infrared photoelectric organism detector; the ball valve comprises avalve body and a valve rod, a part of the valve body is placed in a support seat, and the valve body is provided with a hole having a same size as the opening of the inlet end of the sampling cylinder; the lower end of the valve rod is connected with a keyway at the top of the valve body, and the upper end of the valve rod is connected with a keyway of a turbine; the turbine is meshed with a worm, and the end of the worm is connected with a motor shaft.
