Abstract

The present invention relates to an MSM (Metal-Semiconductor-Metal) X-ray detector and an electronic device. The MSM X-ray detector comprises a plurality of pixel units, each pixel unit comprises onesecond layer including source and drain patterns and a third layer including one second common electrode pattern; coupling capacitances between the second common electrode patterns and the source anddrain patterns are smaller than or equal to a set threshold value to reduce the thermal noise of each pixel unit in the MSM X-ray detector. The coupling capacitances between the second common electrode patterns and the source and drain patterns are regulated to allow the coupling capacitances to be smaller than or equal to the set threshold value so as to reduce the thermal noise on a connection data line where the drain is located. Besides, the voltage of the power source connected with first common electrodes and / or the second common electrodes is regulated to a negative voltage to reduce the leakage current of the coupling capacitors related to the first common electrodes or the second common electrodes and reduce the noise generated by the pixel switch tube TFT so as to facilitate improvement of the detection efficiency.
